COVID-19


The health and wellbeing of guests, team members and all who visit the Shellharbour Beachside Holiday Park is paramount.

We are closely monitoring the latest advice from health authorities, including the Chief Medical Officer, Australian Government Department of Health, NSW Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and will act accordingly on all advice.

Should you be experiencing any symptoms of the virus, or if you have returned from an overseas destination in the 14 days prior to your arrival date at the Shellharbour Beachside Holiday Park, we ask that you notify park management immediately.

We also encourage guests, who believe they have been in contact with a known case of Coronavirus prior to their stay, to notify park management immediately.

Refunds

For guests staying with us before 30 June 2020, we are offering flexibility to our existing policies. That is:

  • Any guests will have the option to cancel their booking up until 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • If you are requesting to cancel your booking, refunds are available according to our current cancellation policy and we will waive the cancellation fee for any cancellations outside of 30 days.
  • If the booking does not entitle you to a refund, guests are eligible for a credit of monies paid for your stay, to be used within 12 months of the current arrival date.
